    DROP-OFF APPOINTMENTS

    Monday through Saturday during working hours.

    When dropping off your pet, all canines must be current (and have proof of) Distemper, Bordetella, & Rabies, felines must be current (and have proof of) Distemper & Rabies. Patients presented with fleas will be treated at owner’s expense. A convenience charge of $6 is applied for each patient dropped off for kennel maintenance and care.

    GROOMING, BATH, AND BRUSH OUT

    Monday-Friday weekly.

    When dropping off your pet for grooming/bathing, all canines must be current (and have proof of) Distemper, Bordetella, & Rabies, felines must be current (and have proof of) Distemper & Rabies. Patients presented with fleas will be treated at owner’s expense. We ask that all grooming/bathing patients are dropped of by 9AM. A pick-up time will be scheduled upon drop-off between 2PM and close, based on your schedule as well as the number of other appointments scheduled that day.

    BOARDING

    Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and therefore patients are not available for pickup or drop-off.

    We request that no toys or bedding accompany your pet, we will make sure to use materials and toys that have been sanitized and approved for use in our kennel facility. All canines must be current and show proof of Distemper, Bordetella, & Rabies, felines must be current and show proof of Distemper & Rabies. Patients presented with fleas will be treated at owner’s expense. If a bath or grooming is scheduled for your pet while boarding, it is typically done on the final day of boarding (unless requested otherwise) and your pet will be available for pick-up by 2PM at the earliest on your scheduled day of pick-up.

    Platinum Care – Your pet will receive the best Ingersoll Animal Hospital has to offer! Premium bedding, treats, a daily brush out, additional walks, and a report card about their stay with us. Our Platinum Care pets will also have daily individualized exercise time with our skilled veterinary assistants on our land treadmill. Exercise time is tailored to your pet’s personal needs and abilities.

    Gold Care – Gold care offers our four-legged friends many additional perks! They can look forward to premium bedding, treats, a daily brush out, additional walks, and report card about their stay with us.

    Silver Care – Your pet will benefit greatly from the individualized exercise time provided with the Silver Care package. Our veterinary assistants will work with your pet to create a specialized treadmill workout plan while in our care.

    Treat-of-the-Day – Our talented kennel staff has created a delightful Treat-of-the-Day to reward our guests. Kong toys are lovingly laced with peanut butter, low-fat yogurt, or fat-free cream cheese, and then frozen to create a decadent distraction for your furry family member. Kongs are based on availability and can be purchased for each day of your pet’s stay or on a day-by-day basis.
